Here is where you can get to work on your divorce.  We need you to e-mail us the pertinent information necessary to process your documents. Before you start please note these three important points:

1.  Work on your documents will not start until we have confirmed payment.  Once payment is confirmed we will e-mail you to let you know work on your documents has commenced.

2.  If you want a successful uncontested divorce, you must provide complete and accurate information and your ex-spouse must agree with your plans.  Failing to do either of these things will almost certainly assure that you will run into problems.

3.  Child Support has become extremely standardized in Georgia and we can determine the amount required by the information provided.  If you wish to deviate from the standard amount, be prepared to explain to a Judge why.
