Once we have verified your payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and you should then expect us to e-mail you your completed divorce documents with the just as important advice on how to proceed within 72 hours.

3. Who will actually be filing the paperwork(that person is the plaintiff).

4. How long has the plaintiff lived in Georgia?

a. If yes, list the names and dates of birth of the children

a. If yes - which spouse will keep the house, or will it be sold?
b. Will the spouse who keeps the home, pay any money to the other
