Getting Started

It is easy to get started on your divorce. First, e-mail us the information we need to draft your paperwork through the contact us page. Next, go to our handy paypal link to submit payment. Once we have verified your payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and you should then expect us to e-mail you your completed divorce documents with the just as important advice on how to proceed within 72 hours.

If you are ready to proceed, this is the information we'll need:
1. Your Name.

2. Your Spouse's Name.

3. Who will actually be filing the paperwork(that person is the plaintiff).

4. How long has the plaintiff lived in Georgia?

5 What county does the defendant live in?

6. The date you were married.

7. The place you were married.

8. Are there any children who are products of this marriage?
a. If yes, list the names and dates of birth of the children
b. If yes, which spouse will have physical custody of the children?
c. If yes, how often will the non-custodial spuse visit the children?
d. If yes, who will the children stay with on the children's birthdays, the
the spouses' birthdays and holidays?
e. If yes, what is the gross income of the non-custodial parent?
f. If yes, what is the gross income of the custodial parent?

9. Will either spouse pay the other alimony?

10. Did you buy a home during the marriage?
a. If yes - which spouse will keep the house, or will it be sold?
b. Will the spouse who keeps the home, pay any money to the other
spouse to compensate him/her for any equity interest?
c. If the house is to be sold, how ill any profit be split?
d. Do you want our staff to also draft a quitclaim deed? (This is $10
extra)

11. Which spouse gets which automobile? Please give the year and
description of each automobile.

12. Are there any other items of property that you feel need to be
specifically addressed?
a. If yes - describe the property and which spouse will keep it.

13. Are there any debts that are in both of your names?

15. Will you file this year's taxes jointly or singly?
a. If singly, how will you split the refund?
b. Who will receive the refund?

16. Will one spouse receive a portion of another's IRA, 401K, insurance
policy, annuity or other financial instrument?
a. If yes, describe the account and what will be received.
